If you didn’t get to read last week’s post about making Homemade Chocolate Acorns with Naomi, this is your chance! We decided to use the rest of the bag of Hershey Kisses last night. This time I got some better photos of the finished product, paired with some colorful candy corn. Aren’t they perfect for autumn?
Thanks again to From Chapel Hill to Chickenville for the recipe!
These are so super-cute. I loved your last post about them. I wish my 3-year-old little wild man would be calm enough to help me make these, but I can only imagine the mess! 🙂 By the way, I found your blog via Money Saving Mom, and was so amazed at how similar our stories are. It’s a blessing to see God leading and providing for others in similar situations. He certainly has provided for us as well as grown us to think of ‘stuff’ as temporal. We went through “The Treasure Principle” study, and it totally changed our perspective.
Thank you for sharing your story too! I read ‘The Treasure Principle’ a number of year’s ago, and really enjoyed it. I’m not sure if the study is similar, but it definitely changed by perspective on money, long before I was married and had to apply it to my own life. Thanks for your encouragement!
