This year with a new baby i really want to slow down and cherish this Christmas. He will only experience his first Christmas once and i don’t want to miss it by being super busy. So i want to begin some new traditions with him.

  5. Julie M says:

We simplified this year by starting the gift buying early. I found teacher gifts and lots of stocking stuffers throughout the year and just put them in the closet. Now I have so much less to buy.

  6. Kim B says:

Our family has grown very large and it is getting to be too much for everyone to keep buying for everyone in the family. I wish we could come up with a simple solution to cut expenses and reduce the gift giving. It would save time, money and stress so we could focus on Christmas and seeing each other.

  7. Megan W says:

I would like to focus on the true meaning of Christmas, not the hustle and bustle and gifts. Thanks for the chance to win!

Your site looks interesting, I am glad I was led here to check it out through moneysavingmom. in an attempt to win her new e-book. I would definitely like to get on your mailing list and will check out your site again in the future. Thanks!

  9. Jen says:

I will simplify by trying to focus on my family and the reason for the season, not running here there and everywhere to every party we’re invited to.

  10. Lindsay F says:

We “locked” our calendars for the months of November and December as of Halloween Day. We checked with close friends and family ahead of time and blocked out the necessary dates/times for any get togethers they have coming up. The rest of the days are ours’. This prevents us from adding the last minute “Oh, the so & so’s are having a party this Saturday and we’re invited” and locks in family time for us to enjoy the Holiday season.

  11. Michelle O. says:

I’ve been working on simplifying the Christmas season around here for some time but I’m always open to more suggestions. One thing I’ve done is to make sure I have our Christmas picture card sent out by the first of December. Thanks for the chance to win this ebook!

  12. jessi doggett says:

We give only three gifts…just like Jesus and the wisemen!

  13. Lynne B says:

I’m combining gifts for families as well as the main gift for my children to give something of value and also make it simpler on me as opposed to finding something for each niece and nephew, sibling and in-law.

  14. ACMommy3 says:

One way I want to simplify this year is the kitchen work, I always end up doing way too much and with complicated recipes. 😀
