10 Things I Learned From My First Attempt at Freezer Cooking

“I have been following Money Saving Mom® for over a year now, and I have long been curious about the concept of Freezer Cooking. As I was creating my meal plan for this week, I looked on Crystal’s website for some Freezer Cooking Recipes. It was then that I realized that her recipes were not all that different from recipes that I already use. This was a new idea to me!”

      Thank you! It’s really therapy for me. I have a critical nature…lending itself to comparing and complaining. So here I choose joy and gratitude. It’s been a great discipline for me. It’s changed my whole outlook, and my interactions with my family. I want to always remember how richly blessed I am. 🙂

    Hi Jessica! I enjoyed your post on MoneySavingMom . I love freezer cooking. I’ve been doing it as long as I’ve been married (15 years). I do small batches and one type of food at a time. I also freeze baked good and mixes for making more than one type of dish.
